About Modern Birth
Modern Birth is a childbirth education practice designed to meet the needs of women and their partners who are preparing for one of the biggest events of their lives. Our common sense approach is drawn from our first hand experiences as mothers, doulas, childbirth educators, lactation counselor, nurses and midwives. These “front-line” professionals integrated their years of practice into the curriculum. You will leave the class feeling prepared for anything.
Our classes focus on building confidence & empowerment. This comes from knowledge and support you will receive in a judgement free zone.
What I Wish I Had Known
I wish I knew you do not always have to be in charge/control. You can follow your child’s lead and sometimes you have to! I believe children will continually teach you more than you ever imagined.
