About Baby Caravan
Baby Caravan is a group of Birth & Postpartum Doulas, Lactation Counselors and Postpartum Back to Work Specialists. We navigate you forward, through the ever-changing and highly personal landscape of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. We provide a highly personalized matching service, and help you find the perfect support you need during this special time. Baby Caravan’s team of doulas meet clients where there at, and recognize everyone’s needs during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are as unique as each family.
What I Wish I Had Known
Before I had my first baby, I wish I knew how important postpartum recovery and care is. In preparation for my second, I created a postpartum care plan and had a vastly different and more positive experience. I also wish I knew how important it was to create my “village” of support of parent friends, childcare providers, etc. It was such a relief to learn that I didn’t need to mother without community and support.
