What I Wish I Had Known
Before I had kids, I wish someone told me to trust my instincts. (I actually wish someone told me to figure out the difference between my anxiety and my instincts, and then told me to trust my instincts). It feels so hard to make decisions in a world of conflicting information and it’s only harder when I don’t trust my gut!
