Melissa Paschke is one of the lead therapists at Brooklyn PPD Support. Melissa has generously agreed to see patients of The First Month at the Premier offices for three sessions at a discounted rate to help new moms bridge this trying time. She also moderates groups for parents struggling with a peripartum depression or anxiety. These groups are held at the Premier offices as well as other locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Melissa has been practicing medical social work since 1994. She is also a mother of two boys and a certified yoga instructor.

Dr. Birndorf specializes in Reproductive Psychiatry, an important area in mental health which helps women with emotional and psychiatric conditions throughout the life cycle.
